(doing business as SciOne AI) ("SciOne", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website (www.scione.ai), use our cloud-based platform, or interact with SciOne hardware products. It also explains your choices and rights.

For business customers, the Customer Agreement at https://www.scione.ai/customer-agreement governs how we handle Customer Data you upload to the platform, and supplements this Policy where applicable.

1. Who We Are

SciOne Corp. (d/b/a SciOne AI) provides cloud-based laboratory management software and hardware solutions for B2B customers in life sciences, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors. We are incorporated in Delaware and headquartered at 1200 Morris Turnpike, Suite 3005, Short Hills, NJ 07078.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you when you register or contact us; automatically through the platform and hardware; and occasionally from business partners or resellers.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Providing the Services: to operate accounts, deliver features, process orders, and support you.
  • Billing and payments: to manage subscriptions, charge fees, and handle payment disputes.
  • Communications: to send order confirmations, service updates, security alerts, and responses to your inquiries.
  • Product improvement: to understand how the platform is used, fix issues, and build new features — using aggregated or anonymized data, not your identifiable Customer Data.
  • Security and fraud prevention: to detect and prevent unauthorized access and abuse of our platform.
  • Legal and compliance: to comply with applicable laws, respond to legal requests, and enforce our agreements.
  • Marketing: to send newsletters or product news to contacts who have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Sharing Your Information

6. Security
